How long will my order take to pack and get to me?
Orders are fulfilled as they go, or take as long as 2-3 weeks for me to finish them up and get them to the post office. As for when they will reach their destination, it will depend on where you are located and the state of the postal service. Unfortunately, the delivery time is out of my control. If it is a time-sensitive order, I recommend placing it in advance before you need it! 

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
I do not accept returns/refunds once orders have been placed. Please be sure of your items before purchasing! If you have ordered something custom and would like to alter it/change it, please send an email. Otherwise, they are likewise not eligible for a full cancellation/refund.

I want something custom made/I have a request. What can I do?
Check out my page for Customs/Commissions for details. :-)

Will I get charged Duties/Customs fees?
Duties and Customs are out of my control and will depend on each respective country.

I haven't recieved my package yet! :-(
Send me an email at amyamiesstudio@gmail.com to let me know as it may be returned to me. Please contact the postal service in charge of delivering your mail for further information. Unfortunately it is out of my control once I send your order out.
